Returns & Refunds
If for some reason you are not happy with your products, please contact us to arrange for a credit or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. Credits or exchanges will not be offered for a change of mind.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to Tilla Winston Flowers within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched. Please use this image as a reference only; we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, we will refund the customer for that item.

All orders have a 2 week processing timeframe.

Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Tilla Winston Flowers product.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and we encourage you to use them within a reasonable timeframe.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.

• Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

• The Gift Voucher value will be subtracted from the total order value including GST.

• Can be used multiple times until the total value is redeemed.

• If the value of the voucher is less than the recipient's total order value, the balance can be paid via credit card.
